Our core ECG laboratory provides a centralised system for all our studies. High precision ECG acquisition in our clinic provides meaningful ECG analysis with a smaller sample size, making us the ideal choice for the integration of cardiac safety in FIH and MAD studies.

健康科学の実務者としての徒弟制度

リッチモンド・ファーマコロジーとキャピタルシティ・カレッジグループは、BTECのレベル2ヘルスケア・アシスタント・プラクティショナーコースと実地研修を組み合わせた徒弟制度を開発しました。

徒弟（見習い）には、当社のクリニカルオペレーション部門に参加する機会が与えられます。彼らは、臨床ケア、研究、イノベーションなどに必要なスキルと行動を学びます。これらはすべて健康科学の専門家として成功するために必要な、核となる能力です。徒弟は、独立評価機関（IAO）とエンドポイント評価者（EPA）によって評価されます。

大学院資格

臨床薬理学者徒弟制度/理学修士

リッチモンド・ファーマコロジーは、レベル7臨床薬理学者統合理学修士研修制度の立ち上げを支援しました。この3年間の構造化されたトレーニングプログラムは、認定された臨床薬理学者の不足に対処し、この職種の知名度を高めることを目的としています。

社内研修プログラム

臨床研究科学者ローテーションプログラム

臨床研究科学者（CRS）ローテーション制度は、3年間の大学院研修プログラムです。

生命科学科の卒業生は、リッチモンド・ファーマコロジーのいくつかの主要部門で臨床研究管理の実践的な応用を体験します。主要部門には、臨床プロジェクト管理、クリニカルオペレーションズ、データサイエンスなど、6つの必須モジュールがあります。各モジュールの期間は6か月です。ローテーションの終了時には、CRSは会社内または業界内で管理職に就くのに十分な能力を身に付けています。

救急蘇生コース

リッチモンド・ファーマコロジーのロンドンブリッジユニットは、英国蘇生協議会の認定コースセンターです。当院では、蘇生と救急蘇生の分野で、臨床スタッフと外部の受講生を対象に、最大限の成果が得られるよう小グループのセッションを提供しています。
